Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1 non installé

Bonsoir,

- J'ai la mise à jour "Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1" qui s'est proposée de s'installer, mais à la fin de l'installation, j'ai toujours le même message de non installation. Après plusieurs redémarrages, j'ai les mêmes propositions d'installation et les mêmes résultats de non installation.

- Merci si vous avez une solution à me proposer. Je suis sous Windows XP Edition familiale version 2002 Service Pack 2

- Dans mon panneau de configuration, je vois les installations suivantes;


- Apparemment, il y a une version supérieure installée, mais pourquoi alors une mise à jour d'une version antérieure veut-elle s'installer? Si cette mise à jour n'est pas utile, y a-t-il un moyen de refuser la mise à jour sans que la proposition d'installation ne réapparaisse?

Vu que tu as le framework 2.0 tu peux peut-être essayer de désinstaller la 1.1 comme ça il devrait ne plus te proposer d'installer le SP1 la concernant.

Désinstaller framework 1.1, c'est empêcher les applications qui l'utilisent. Et elles ne sont pas prévues pour fonctionner avec framework 2.0.

Merci de m'avoir fait découvrir l'"Observateur d'événements" de Windows XP que je ne connaissais pas. J'ai bien trouvé les lignes d'informations correspondantes, mais malheureusement le lien url indiqué aboutit à une page de Microsoft indiquant qu'ils n'ont pas d'information complémentaire sur ce problème.

- J'ai voulu relancer l'installation de la mise à jour pour suivre l'enregistrement. Surprise. Windows m'indique "installation terminée" à la fin. Et pourtant j'avais fait au moins une trentaine de tentatives infructueuses.
